1. 15-Day Return Window

We want you to love your new Fumo! We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your Fumo must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging (including the clear plastic bag and any character cards/accessories).

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong character, contact us at [fumoxfumo888@gmail.com] immediately.

  • Note for Collectors: While we pack with care, we cannot guarantee the condition of the outer shipping box. However, if the Fumo itself is damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item/defective), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For "change of mind" returns, customers will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.

5. Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Items on Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging (due to hygiene and collectible value).

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
